Studio Policies
Client satisfaction is our passion. Due to this, we enforce the following policies. Thank you for your understanding. Please contact us with any questions or concerns to the stated policies.
No Show / Late Cancelation Policy
The time you book is specifically allotted for you. We do the best too accommodate all of our clients and their scheduling needs. If something were to arise and you are no longer able to make your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us a 48-hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment in that time frame 50 % of the scheduled service(s) will be charged to the card on file, or invoiced directly to you, regardless of the matter. If you no show to your scheduled appointment time, a 100% service charge will be charged to your card on file. Same day cancellations will also incur a 100% service charge, no exceptions. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Tardiness
We ask that you arrive to your appointment 5 minutes early to get situated and to ensure lashes are cleansed before the appointment time. If you are running late please notify us of your ETA. If you are more than 15 minutes late we have the right to reschedule your appointment and you are considered a no show and will be charged. Please take into consideration that there are other appointments scheduled around your scheduled time, so please plan accordingly.
New Client Fills
We proudly accept clients coming from another eyelash studio or artist! We kindly ask that you book a " New Client Fill" so we have the adequate amount of time to access the eyelash extensions that were previously applied. If the current extensions that do not meet our quality standards, are unsafe, or we believe our extensions will not blend properly we have the right to recommend an eyelash removal procedure, or to book a full set.
Gift Certificates & Vouchers
Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payment & Refunds
We proudly accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express and store gift certificates. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks. Payment is due at the end of every service. There are no refunds on any services rendered. This includes allergic reactions and retention of eyelash extensions. Failure to follow at home aftercare instructions or advice from our lash artists, resulting in irritation and/ or inflammation, does not warrant any refunds or liability Flawless Faces Lash & Skin Studio. There is no guarantee of results on any services any results may vary from client to client.
Account Balances
In the event the card on file is not accepted for late cancellation or no show appointments than an account balance will occur. We require that all clients pay their account balance to zero (0) prior to receiving further services.
Consultations, Paperwork & Age of Consent
Consultations are complimentary and essential in our cycle of service. Reviewing client paperwork allows us to provide safe, high-quality, and custom-tailored services. Consultations and paperwork will not be skipped or rushed under any circumstance. We ask that paperwork is completed prior to the service so we can prepare for your service.
Lash Cleanliness
We ask that you arrive with clean lashes or clean your lashes upon arrival using our lash cleansing station. If you show up with lashes that have make up or make up build up on them, we have the right to charge you a $5.00 cleansing fee. Remember showing up with clean lashes to your appointment means more lash time!
Kids & Pets
Lash naps are a real thing! We respectfully ask that you leave your four-legged friends at home as well as your cute children! We strive to have a relaxing atmosphere for all of our clients, without any distractions. Exemption: Animals trained expressly for assistance under the Americans with Disability Act to confirm with the State of New Hampshire’s regulations.
Parking
Metered parking is located in the parking lot adjacent to our studio. Free parking may be found through the city, but it does require a walk to get to the studio. You can find more parking details using the link HERE.
